Electric hatch

Do you want an extra large hatch? This beautiful electric hatch, up to 1 x 3 meters, brings a lot of light into your home. The roof hatch not only gives comfortable access to your roof terrace, but also provides ventilation.

The Electric Hatch has a minimalist design: insulated glass in aluminum, the electronics and opening mechanisms are hidden in the frame, inside only the glass is visible: the Sky Only View.

Glass specifications: tempered and laminated safety glass

  • The glass is excellently insulated: comparable to HR++
  • The U-value is 1.1 W/m²K. This is due to the argon-filled cavity and the special e-coating that ensures reduced heat loss
  • Furthermore, the glass is extra strong thanks to the ‘Heat Soak Tested’ treatment

The Electric Hatch has a built in upstand for easy installation. You place the access hatch on top of the kerb. Outside the opening in the roof you make a small kerb of
- 70mm wide including weathering (EPDM) up to the top
- minimum 30mm high

This access hatch has a built in upstand that fits on a small kerb around an opening in the roof of:
XL of 1 x 2 meter: 1000 x 2000mm
XXL of 1 x 3 meter: 1000 x 3000mm
We can also make the Electric Hatch to measure.

Installation is easy plug and play. The electric roof hatch comes with assembly equipment (kit, screws etc) and with an installation manual. Enthusiastic do-it-yourselfers also install our products themselves.
